Allstate Agency is seeking an experienced insurance producer to leverage an established Lead Manager database and convert prospects into long-term customers. This fully remote role rewards persistence, disciplined outreach, and strong closing skills.

You will work from a robust 2,000+ prospect pipeline, with uncapped commissions and a path to grow your book of business through lead generation investments as your results prove success.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in selling auto, life, and property & casualty insurance.
• Experience with outbound calling and building customer relationships.
• Ability to work remotely and manage a sales pipeline.
• Strong closing skills and a self-driven attitude.

Responsibilities

• Sell Auto, Umbrella, Renters, Boat, Motorcycle and Life insurance.
• Contact prospects via phone, text, email with consistent follow-up.
• Build trust with prospective customers and recommend appropriate coverage.
• Maintain an organized pipeline using Lead Manager.
• Meet and exceed monthly production goals.
• Own results while working independently in a fully remote environment.
