Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound leads and manage the client journey from initial contact to policy placement.
• Conduct needs-based consultations with clients via phone or video.
• Educate clients on Property and Casualty Insurance products and present customized solutions.
• Guide clients through the application and enrollment process and maintain a strong follow-up pipeline.
• Stay compliant with carrier and regulatory requirements.
