Qualifications

• Licensed Property & Casualty professional with active license.
• Must currently reside in one of the eligible states.
• Experience in high-ticket or consultative sales is a plus.
• Strong closing and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound leads with a remote-first approach.
• Conduct needs-based consultations via phone or video.
• Educate clients on Property and Casualty insurance products.
• Present customized solutions clearly and client-first.
• Guide clients through application and enrollment processes.
• Maintain follow-ups and build a pipeline of active prospects.
