The Insurance Agency is seeking Already Licensed P&C Insurance Agency Partners to manage the entire client journey—from initial conversation to policy placement. Ideal candidates will have an active P&C license, at least 1 year in P&C, and a proven ability to consult, close, and build relationships while complying with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Must currently reside in one of the eligible US states and hold a Property & Casualty license.
• Experience in P&C insurance and remote sales is preferred.
• Strong communication and closing skills with a growth mindset.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound leads.
• Conduct needs-based consultations via phone or virtual meetings.
• Educate clients on Property and Casualty Insurance products.
• Present customized solutions in a clear, client-first manner.
• Guide clients through the application and enrollment process.
• Maintain follow-ups and build a pipeline of active prospects.
• Stay compliant with carrier and regulatory requirements.
