Job summary

The Jonus Group seeks a dedicated P&C Account Coordinator to support Commercial and Personal Lines, managing a diverse book and delivering superior client service. The position offers a remote or hybrid model, with the expectation that candidates reside in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.

Responsibilities include handling a generalist commercial book with substantial revenue, using Applied Epic to maintain records and process transactions, and collaborating with the team to ensure smooth workflow

Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of experience in the insurance industry, Commercial Lines.
Proficiency in Applied Epic software (required).
Experience managing a book of business with agency revenue of approximately $500,000 - $600,000.

Responsibilities

Manage a generalist commercial book of business with an estimated revenue of $500,000 - $600,000.
Provide exceptional service to clients across various industries and account types.
Utilize Applied Epic software to maintain accurate records, process transactions, and manage client accounts.
Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless communication and efficient workflow.
Assist in the preparation of proposals, renewals, and other client-facing documentation.
Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
