Responsibilities include handling a commercial book valued at roughly $500k–$600k in revenue, coordinating proposals and renewals, and ensuring smooth, professional client communications across industries.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the insurance industry, specifically in Commercial Lines.
• Proficiency in Applied Epic software (this is a hard requirement).

Responsibilities

• Manage a generalist commercial book of business with an estimated revenue of $500,000 - $600,000.
• Provide exceptional service to clients across various industries and account types.
• Utilize Applied Epic software to maintain accurate records, process transactions, and manage client accounts.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless communication and efficient workflow.
• Assist in the preparation of proposals, renewals, and other client-facing documentation.
• Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
