Job summary

The Jonus Group is seeking a dedicated Commercial Account Representative to join a close-knit, communicative team in a hybrid role. You will manage a diverse commercial book including main street businesses, farms, apartments, and specialty risks, delivering exceptional client service with professionalism and efficiency.

The position involves commuting to the office as needed, handling certificates, endorsements, renewals, and collaborating on quotes for new and renewal business using EzLynx

Qualifications

• Licenses: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
• Experience: 3-7 years in a similar role preferred.
• Experience with EzLynx software is highly desirable.
• Strong customer service orientation and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a book of business valued at $3.3M, with account sizes from $1K to $150K.
• Process certificates, endorsements, and renewals.
• Provide client-facing service and maintain relationships.
• Collaborate with the team to quote new and renewal business as needed.
• Utilize EzLynx software to manage accounts and ensure accurate documentation.
