The position involves handling renewal applications, issuing quotes, and auditing files to ensure compliance with carrier standards. Strong remote-work capabilities and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
• Minimum of 5 years of commercial lines experience.
• Experience with generalist commercial accounts (e.g., real estate, contractors).
• Accounts up to $1 million, average size around $50,000.
• Proficient in AMS360 software.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review renewal applications for commercial lines accounts (~80% of daily tasks).
• Send out quotes for new and renewal business (~20% of daily tasks).
• Audit accounts to ensure accuracy before finalizing applications and quotes.
• Ensure all documentation meets company and carrier standards.
• Collaborate with carriers such as Hanover, Safety, CHUBB, Hagerty, Concord Group, Foremost, The Hartford, and Openly.
