Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking an Operational Support Specialist to assist all sales groups with customer setup information, data entry, and accurate record-keeping. The role supports allocations and requires coordinating with internal and external contacts to ensure proper terminal setup and timely processing.

The position includes after-hours on-call one week per month, plus responsibilities like reporting, driver access, and carrier documentation. Bachelor's degree preferred.

Qualifications

• Customer setup and data entry experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree required or equivalent.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Experience with terminal structures and industry codes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Obtain all new customer setup information and ensure records are complete and timely.
• Coordinate with internal/external contacts to set up terminals.
• Input and maintain customer setup data in legacy and automation systems.
• Resolve inquiries and escalate issues to management as needed.
• Serve as point of contact for allocation/loading issues and maintain client relations.
• Compile reports on customer setups and manage carrier access and insurance docs.
