Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with tax processing and bill handling.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage priorities.

Responsibilities

• Prepares outgoing Bill Requests and registrations to taxing authorities.
• Opens incoming mail from taxing authorities and routes to process.
• Authenticates tax bills and confirms addresses and due dates.
• Enters tax amounts into the TCSL system.
• Images and indexes customer documents for WebXtender.
• Distributes outsourcing mail per lender-approved matrix.
