Molly Maid is hiring an Outside Sales Representative to grow our recurring residential and commercial cleaning business in the Jacksonville/St. Johns/St. Augustine area.

This is a flexible, performance-based role with no fixed office hours, allowing work from home or in the field. Responsibilities

• Develop new residential and commercial cleaning accounts.
• Make outbound sales calls and conduct in-person prospecting.
• Prospect local businesses, homeowners, property managers, and other decision-makers.
• Schedule estimates and follow up with prospects.
• Develop and manage your own sales pipeline and close new business.
• Grow recurring residential and commercial customer base.
