Job summary

Renuity is hiring an Outside Sales Representative in Florida to drive in-home sales, showcasing home improvement products and services to homeowners. You will manage a schedule with weekend and holiday flexibility, working to meet and exceed sales targets and negotiate contracts.

Role offers uncapped commissions, comprehensive training, and career growth within a fast-growing national brand. Prior in-home or B2C sales is preferred; bilingual abilities are a plus.

Qualifications

• Self-motivated and results-oriented.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Able to work evenings and weekends.
• Own a personal vehicle with valid license.
• Experience in In-Home or B2C sales preferred.
• Bilingual skills in English and Spanish a plus; French/Creole a plus.

Responsibilities

• Apply consistent effort to meet sales goals.
• Set and pursue individual sales targets.
