Molly Maid is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to grow our recurring residential and commercial cleaning business in the Jacksonville / St. Johns / St.

Augustine area. This flexible, performance-based opportunity lets you work from home or in the field, with no fixed office hours, and a sole focus on sales—prospecting, calling, meeting prospects, scheduling estimates, and expanding recurring revenue.

Qualifications

• Strong sales experience is REQUIRED - minimum 1 year.
• Proven ability to develop new accounts and close deals.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop new residential and commercial cleaning accounts.
• Make outbound sales calls and conduct in-person prospecting.
• Prospect local businesses, homeowners, property managers, and other decision-makers.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Schedule estimates and follow up consistently with prospects.
• Develop and manage your own sales pipeline.
• Identify new sales opportunities and turn them into recurring accounts.
• Help grow our recurring residential and commercial customer base.
