Job summary

CrewBloom is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to develop new business and build lasting client relationships across the San Francisco Bay Area. You will provide customized fitness equipment and flooring solutions to businesses and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.

This field-based role offers uncapped earning potential with travel throughout the SF Bay Area and the flexibility to work from home or remote locations within the territory.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of outside/B2B sales experience.
• Experience in the fitness or commercial equipment industry is a plus.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the San Francisco Bay Area.
• Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients across assigned market segments.
• Prospect new business opportunities through networking, referrals, cold outreach, and lead generation.
• Consult with clients to understand their needs and recommend customized fitness equipment and facility solutions.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and solution development to proposal presentation, closing, and handoff.
• Grow and manage an assigned sales territory to meet or exceed revenue targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience during installation and project completion.
• Maintain accurate sales activities, pipeline updates, and customer records using Salesforce or other CRM platforms.
• Attend client meetings, networking events, and industry-related activities within the assigned territory.
