Best Equipment Co, Inc. is seeking a Remote Outside Sales Representative based in Grand Rapids, MI. The role focuses on selling and servicing environmental equipment to contractors, municipalities, and industrial customers across Michigan and nearby states.

The position requires travel, with a home office setup. Training is provided, and the company offers medical, dental, vision, life insurance, a 401K, and paid holidays. Starting salary is competitive and commensurate with experience.

Qualifications

3+ years of sales experience.
Experience with CRM systems.
Strong customer service, territory management, and time management skills.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
High level of professionalism, integrity, and ethics.
Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Ability to obtain a Class A CDL within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

Sell, train, and deliver environmental equipment to Best Equipment customers and prospects.
Follow up on leads, referrals, and requests with urgency.
Develop and maintain strong customer relationships within the assigned territory.
Promote the company’s preventive maintenance (PM) programs to customers.
Prepare and conduct product presentations and demonstrations for qualified prospects.
Maintain and develop strong product and industry knowledge.
Address customer questions and concerns promptly while maintaining clear communication across departments.
