Job summary

A leading commercial cleaning franchisor is seeking a motivated sales professional in Madison, Wisconsin to generate new business opportunities. The role involves developing customer relationships and implementing strategic sales plans with a competitive base salary plus commission and bonuses. The ideal candidate will have 3–6 years of outside sales experience, strong proficiency in CRM systems, and the ability to deliver effective sales presentations. This position allows for remote work up to three days a week, with in-office attendance required for the remainder.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of outside canvassing and closing experience in a B2B or B2C environment.
• 3–6 years of experience working in a CRM.
• Self-disciplined, highly motivated, organized, and driven for results.
• 1–2 years of experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams) and CRM.
• Reliable transportation with a valid driver’s license, proof of car insurance, and successful completion of a background check.
