Job summary

CrewBloom, Inc. is seeking an Outreach and Appointment Setting Specialist to support a provider of branded merchandise, commercial printing, and global fulfillment for corporate departments. You will contact people by phone and email, primarily through warm calling, to generate awareness and book introductory meetings.

The role is full-time and remote, aligned with US Eastern Time from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. Depending on performance, you may lead initial calls and account management for some

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills with a neutral or minimal accent for client-facing work.
• Experience with Zoho CRM and RingCentral.
• Able to work full-time, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm US Eastern Time.
• Based in the Philippines, working remotely.
• Experience in branded merchandise or commercial printing (preferred).
• Marketing experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Call and email contacts at client companies, mostly from existing names and records, to build awareness of services.
• Schedule introductory meetings and appointments for the hiring manager.
• Research and build additional contact lists.
• Run outreach in Zoho CRM and RingCentral.
• Handle prospects independently if you have industry experience.
• Potentially lead initial calls with prospects.
• Expand into account management for some companies, depending on background.
