Job summary

Rivia Mind in New York, NY seeks a licensed psychotherapist to join a multidisciplinary clinical community delivering telehealth and hybrid care. You’ll work with dedicated administrative teams to focus on patient care, clinical collaboration, and ongoing growth.

Accessible support, weekly supervision, and structured onboarding are provided, with opportunities for specialty development and continued education. Compensation includes base salary and quarterly bonuses.

Qualifications

• Master's in Social Work or related field required.
• At least 1 year of psychotherapy experience; practicum allowed.
• Additional language fluency is a plus.
• Couples experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality clinical care in line with Rivia Mind's culture and values.
• Deliver weekly patient sessions across self-pay, insurance, and Medicare.
• Maintain a consistent weekly care schedule aligned with productivity expectations.
• Follow care model practices emphasizing continuity of care and high-frequency follow-ups.
• Conduct comprehensive intake evaluations and develop patient-centered treatment plans.
• Provide psychotherapy using modalities such as CBT, DBT, motivational interviewing.
