Talkiatry is a virtual mental health practice designed to support clinicians with a fully remote outpatient model. This role offers independent practice, predictable W-2 compensation, and comprehensive benefits while delivering evidence-based care to a broad caseload of anxiety, depression, trauma, and related conditions.

You will manage a steady outpatient caseload with 60-minute sessions, supported by in-house scheduling, billing, intake coordination, credentialing, and licensing resources.

Formación

• Independently licensed therapists with active licenses and multi-state licensing support.
• Active, unrestricted license (multi-state licensing support available).
• Two or more independent and active state licenses (except CA, NY and MA).
• Comfort managing a consistent outpatient caseload.
• Strong clinical judgment and independent decision-making.

Responsabilidades

• 100% remote, outpatient therapy.
• Lower to moderate acuity populations.
• Standard session lengths (60-minute intakes and follow-ups).
• Consistent outpatient caseload with defined goals.
• No inpatient, IOP/PHP, or crisis-call responsibilities.
