Job summary

Ellie Mental Health is seeking compassionate, full-time therapists to join our Morristown, Florham Park, Parsippany, and Basking Ridge clinics. We offer flexible schedules, competitive compensation, and a range of benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and paid time off.

Starting salaries are $65,000 per year for pre-licensed and $80,000 per year for fully licensed therapists, with sign-on bonuses and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in behavioral sciences or related field from an accredited college/university.
• Licensure in NJ (LAC, LAMFT, LSW, LPC, LMFT, LCSW) is required.
• Experience with DAs, treatment plans and clinical case notes.
• 16 hours weekly evening/weekend availability during initial weeks while caseload builds.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate mental health diagnoses and create/implement treatment plans; maintain case notes per policy.
• Provide excellent client service and collaborate with a dynamic team.
• Use creative interventions to help clients reach goals.
• Prepare and submit session documentation per guidelines.
• Full-time clinicians must maintain a minimum caseload of 25 client visits per week.
• Coordinate with case managers, families, school staff, and other Ellie personnel.
• Attend and participate in clinical staff meetings and trainings.
• Other duties as meaningful as needed.
