Qualifications

• Experience with DAs, treatment plans and clinical case notes.
• Evening/weekend availability during caseload buildup.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and EHR systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent client service and collaborate with a dynamic team.
• Use creativity in interventions to help clients reach goals.
• Maintain caseload targets and coordinate with stakeholders as needed.
