Ellie Mental Health-Allendale NJ is seeking an Outpatient Therapist dedicated to improving mental health care access. In this role, you will maintain a minimum caseload of 25 clients, create treatment plans, and work collaboratively within a supportive team.

Applicants should have a master's degree in a relevant field and appropriate clinical licensure. The position offers a competitive salary ranging from $65,000 to $85,000 annually, and flexible work-from-home options are available.

Qualifications

• Candidates are required to have a master’s degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university.
• Candidates should have clinical licensure (LMFT, LPC, LCSW, LCADC, etc.).
• Required experience with completing DAs, treatment plans and clinical case notes.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a caseload of a minimum of 25 client visits per week.
• Create and implement a treatment plan and complete ongoing documentation.
• Collaborate with a dynamic team and participate in outreach activities.

Skills

Effective written and verbal communication skills

Proficient in Office 365

Experience completing treatment plans

Ability to model appropriate boundaries

Comfort with diverse client base

Education

Master’s degree in behavioral sciences

Clinical licensure (LMFT, LPC, LCSW, LCADC, etc.)

Tools

Electronic Health Record systems (Valant experience a plus)
