Qualifications

• Master's degree in behavioral sciences from an accredited institution.
• Active licensure in New Jersey (LSW/LAC/AMFT/LCSW/LPC/LAMFT).
• Experience with DAs, treatment plans and clinical notes.
• Evening/weekend availability during initial caseload build.
• Strong written and verbal communication; professional boundaries.
• Timely submission of documentation; diverse client base comfortable.
• Proficient with MS Office and EHR systems; collaborative mindset.
• Experience with children under 7, play therapy or family systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate diagnoses and implement treatment plans with ongoing documentation.
• Provide excellent client service and collaborate with a dynamic team.
• Use creative interventions to help clients meet goals.
• Prepare and submit session documentation per guidelines.
• Maintain a minimum caseload of 25 visits per week for full-time clinicians.
• Coordinate services with case managers, families, and school personnel.
• Attend clinical staff meetings and trainings.
