Qualifications

• Independent NH clinical license (LICSW/LMFT/LCMHC)
• Experience completing assessments, treatment plans, and case notes
• Effective written and verbal communication
• Ability to complete and submit documentation in a timely manner
• Desire to collaborate with team to improve the clinic

Responsibilities

• Evaluate mental health diagnoses and implement treatment plans with ongoing documentation.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients.
• Use creative interventions to help clients reach goals.
• Curate and submit session documentation per company guidelines.
• Full-Time clinicians must maintain at least 25 client visits per week; Pre-Licensed require 28 visits per week.
• Attend and participate in clinical staff meetings and trainings
