Job summary

Ellie Mental Health in St. Charles, IL seeks licensed or provisionally licensed mental health therapists for our outpatient clinic. We welcome LCSWs, LCPCs, LMFTs, LPCs, and LSWs, with bilingual Spanish-English encouraged but not required.

Our clinic minimizes admin burdens, supports clinical autonomy, and offers flexible scheduling, supervision for provisionally licensed clinicians, and strong collaboration. We value compassionate, growth-oriented therapists who can serve diverse client needs.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related behavioral health field from an accredited institution.
• Active Illinois professional license, including LCSW, LCPC, LMFT, LPC, or LSW.
• Knowledge of clinical assessments, treatment planning, and evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to use an Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.
• Collaborative, compassionate approach to client care and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive diagnostic assessments and establish appropriate clinical diagnoses.
• Provide evidence-based individual, couples, and/or family therapy based on clinical training and expertise.
• Develop, implement, and regularly review individualized treatment plans.
• Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation, including progress notes, treatment plans, and assessments.
• Provide culturally responsive, trauma-informed, and client-centered care.
• Collaborate with families, schools, medical providers, and other professionals when clinically appropriate and authorized.
• Participate in team meetings, clinical consultation, supervision, and professional development opportunities.
• Maintain ethical and professional standards consistent with Illinois licensing requirements and clinic policies.
• Full-time clinicians are expected to maintain an average of 25 completed client sessions per week.
