Job summary

Ellie Mental Health - Burr Ridge, IL seeks licensed mental health therapists (LCSW, LCPC, LMFT) or provisionally licensed clinicians to join our outpatient team. We welcome Spanish-speaking/bilingual applicants and offer a flexible, supportive environment with reduced administrative burden and strong clinical supervision.

We provide a base compensation of $76,000–$89,000 annually for full-time roles, with opportunities to develop specialties, leadership, and programs in a collaborative setting

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, or a related behavioral health field
• Active or eligible Illinois clinical/provisional license (LCSW, LCPC, LMFT, LPC, or LSW)

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and establish diagnoses
• Develop and maintain individualized treatment plans
• Provide evidence-based outpatient psychotherapy
• Complete progress notes and treatment plan reviews
• Maintain timely documentation per clinic and payer requirements
• Maintain 25 client sessions per week for full-time clinicians
• Collaborate with families, schools, medical providers, and care team as appropriate
• Participate in team meetings, supervision, and training
• Provide culturally responsive, trauma-informed, client-centered care
