Ellie Mental Health – St. Charles, IL is seeking licensed and provisionally licensed mental health therapists to join our outpatient team. We welcome LCSWs, LCPCs, LMFTs, LPCs, and LSWs who are passionate about helping individuals and families improve mental health and well-being.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related behavioral health field.
• Active Illinois professional license: LCSW/LCPC/LMFT/LPC/LSW.
• Knowledge of assessments, treatment planning, and evidence-based therapies.
• Ability to document timely and accurately.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive diagnostic assessments and establish clinical diagnoses.
• Provide individual, couples, and/or family therapy based on training.
• Develop, implement, and review individualized treatment plans.
• Maintain timely clinical documentation (progress notes, plans, assessments).
• Provide culturally responsive, trauma-informed care.
• Collaborate with families, schools, medical providers, and other professionals as appropriate.
• Participate in meetings, supervision, and professional development.
• Maintain ethical standards per Illinois licensing and clinic policies.
• Full-time clinicians are expected to maintain ~25 completed client sessions per week.
