Job summary

Ellie Mental Health in St. Charles, IL seeks Licensed and Provisionally Licensed Mental Health Therapists for outpatient services. We welcome LCSWs, LCPCs, LMFTs, LPCs, and LSWs who are passionate about helping individuals and families.

Bilingual Spanish-English is a plus but not required. We offer a supportive clinic with reduced admin burdens, clinical autonomy, and opportunities for supervision and development.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, MFT, or related behavioral health field.
• Active Illinois professional license: LCSW/LCPC/LMFT/LPC/LSW.
• Knowledge of clinical assessments, treatment planning, and evidence-based therapies.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to maintain accurate clinical documentation.
• Experience with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive diagnostic assessments and establish diagnoses.
• Provide evidence-based individual, couples, and/or family therapy.
• Develop, implement, and review individualized treatment plans.
• Maintain timely clinical documentation, including progress notes and plans.
• Provide trauma-informed, client-centered care and collaborate with families and schools when appropriate.
• Participate in team meetings, supervision, and professional development.
