Ellie Mental Health is seeking an Outpatient Therapist to support access to quality mental health care. You will evaluate diagnoses, develop treatment plans, and document progress while collaborating with a dedicated team in a values-driven environment.

Candidates should hold a master's degree in behavioral sciences and be on track for licensure, or already licensed (LMFT/LCSW/LMHC). Flexible schedules and a supportive clinic culture are emphasized, with opportunities for professional growth.

Formación

• Master's degree in behavioral sciences or related field from an accredited college or university and on track to obtain licensure
• Clinical licensure (LMFT, LCSW, LMHC etc.) or be a Registered Intern
• Experience with completing DAs, treatment plans and clinical notes
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to maintain professional boundaries with clients
• Ability to complete and submit documentation in a timely manner
• Comfort working with a diverse client base
• Fully Licensed Clinicians ideal for insurance panels

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate mental health diagnosis, create and implement treatment plans, complete ongoing documentation
• Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team
• Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve goals
• Prepare and submit individual documentation per company guidelines and protocol
• Full-Time clinicians must maintain a caseload of at least 25 client visits per week
• Attend and participate in clinical staff meetings and trainings
• Other duties as meaningful to the role
