Ellie Mental Health, PLLP is seeking clinicians in Massachusetts with LICSW/LCSW/LMFT/LMHC or equivalent licensure paths. Formación

• Master's degree in behavioral sciences or related field.
• Massachusetts clinical licensure (LICSW, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, PsyD, PhD, etc.) or on path to licensure.

Responsabilidades

• Assess mental health functioning, diagnose, create and implement treatment plans and treatment plan reviews, complete ongoing documentation and case notes according to company policy.
• Utilize creative and personalized interventions to help clients achieve and exceed their goals.
• Prepare and submit individual documentation for each session per company guidelines and protocol.
• Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Ellie staff, and school staff as needed.
• Actively participate in Community Outreach and referral partnership development to help build practice awareness in the community.
• Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and trainings.
• Opportunity to supervise other clinicians (for fully licensed therapists).
• For Full-Time status clinicians must maintain a caseload of a minimum of 25 client visits per week.
