Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling or MFT (required).
• 1 year experience in behavioral health care (required).
• Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) or equivalent licensure accepted (KS LMLP, LPC, LMFT).
• State-approved Clinical Supervision Plan within 90 days of hire (required).

Responsibilities

• Perform intake and assessment including mental status exam and psychosocial history.
• Develop individualized treatment plans with measurable goals and outcomes.
• Use DSM-5 to inform accurate diagnosis and treatment planning.
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy when appropriate.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and timely, accurate documentation.
