Job summary

Responsibilities

• Perform intake and assessment including mental status exam and psychosocial history.
• Develop individualized treatment plans with measurable goals and outcomes.
• Discharge planning and coordination with DSM-V knowledge; familiarity with psychopharmacology and treatment modalities.
• Maintain HIPAA/compliance standards and participate in multidisciplinary teams as needed.
