Job summary

Vail Health seeks an experienced Outpatient Behavioral Health Specialist Clinician to deliver direct clinical services across multiple clinic settings. You will provide individual, group, couples, and family therapy, targeting complex behavioral health disorders and comorbidity in diverse populations.

Under supervision, you will maintain a robust caseload, develop specialty programming, and ensure compliance with state and federal guidelines.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in counseling psychology, clinical psychology, or related field.
• Colorado license (LP, LCSW, or LPC) required or pending.
• Experience in outpatient behavioral health settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level outpatient behavioral health services under supervision of the Outpatient Behavioral Health Director.
• Maintain a caseload of at least 32 billable clinical hours per week.
• Develop clinical programming and curricula aligned with regulatory requirements.
• Deliver services across all Outpatient Clinics and populations served.
• Maintain compliant clinical documentation across standards and regulations.
• Demonstrate Just Culture and organizational values in daily practice.
