Job summary

Venture Home is seeking an Inside Sales Representative for a fully remote role focused on outbound performance and closing deals. You will call homeowners, educate them on solar benefits, qualify leads, and schedule consultations for the outside sales team.

We require at least 2 years in outbound calling, a strong closer mentality, and CRM experience (preferably Salesforce). This is a fully remote position with Northeast US location hints and competitive pay with commissions.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of outbound calling experience.
• Must have a sales mentality and be a strong confident closer.
• Experience with Salesforce or other CRM software is strongly preferred.
• Ability to perform in a remote environment and be held accountable for personal performance.
• Exceptional listening and speaking skills with a persistent, yet friendly, phone presence.
• Strong time management and multitasking ability.

Responsibilities
