Qualifications

• 1+ year in outbound calling, appointment setting, or BPO sales support.
• Excellent spoken and written English with a neutral or easily understood accent.
• Comfortable working U.S. business hours.
• Strong computer skills, reliable internet, and a quiet work space.

Responsibilities

• Place outbound calls to US leads within approved windows.
• Send follow-up SMS and email using approved templates.
• Book appointments into US staff calendars with time-zone alignment.
• Log outcomes and dispositions in the CRM accurately and in real time.
• Follow compliance guidelines and escalate questions as needed.
