About the job: Outbound Appointment Setter

Compensation: 35,000 PHP/month + commission
Location: Remote
Job Type: Full-Time

Gentask is seeking experienced outbound appointment setters to support two of our client's businesses: an e-commerce company targeting women entrepreneurs and a life insurance company. We seek highly motivated individuals who can engage prospects, book appointments, and contribute to sales growth.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct outbound calls to potential leads using provided scripts.
  • Engage prospects professionally, answer questions, and qualify leads.
  • Schedule appointments for sales teams with high accuracy.
  • Maintain detailed records in CRM tools such as Close or OpenPhone.
  • Follow up with leads to ensure a high conversion rate.
  • Collaborate with team members and clients to refine outreach strategies.
Qualifications
  • Must be available during standard US working hours.
  • Native or fluent English speaker with excellent communication skills.
  • Previous experience in outbound calling, appointment setting, or sales.
  • Strong ability to build rapport and handle objections.
  • Experience using CRM and dialer tools (Close, OpenPhone preferred).
  • Ability to adapt to different industries (e-commerce & life insurance).
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Female candidates preferred for the e-commerce client (targeting women entrepreneurs).
  • Background in e-commerce or insurance sales is a plus.
