Job summary

Elevio is seeking a high-energy outbound recruitment specialist to join our small, ambitious team. This is a fully remote role, centered on UK morning calls and UK client communications, with growth opportunities and a direct line to the founder.

You will dial 30–35 outbound calls daily to property business owners, book consultations, conduct initial candidate interviews, and help build shortlists. Training covers the market, processes, and our tools, with a real stake in how we run the business.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in an outbound role with international clients.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Resilient and warm, able to handle rejection.
• Curious and asks the right questions to uncover client needs.
• Organised to switch between outbound calls and recruitment tasks.

Responsibilities

• Dial 30–35 outbound calls daily to UK property business owners and book qualified consultations.
• Send follow-up emails same day and log calls in CRM.
• Score and write initial client write-ups, manage shortlists and LinkedIn connections.
• Assist with candidate assessments, reminders, and act as first point of contact.
• Cover teammates' calls when they are off, and have yours covered when you are.
• Attend consultations with clients to learn what they hire for.
