Stauer in Burnsville, MN is seeking a Full Time Holiday Inbound Sales Representative with a remote option. You will engage with existing customers, selling luxury watches and jewelry while delivering personalized service and meeting sales targets.

During Weeks 1–2 you undergo on-site training (9:00a–5:30p, Mon–Fri). Weeks 3+ offer remote work with metrics; compensation includes $18/hour plus commission and a holiday attendance bonus.

Position Highlights:

• Location: Must be able to commute to Burnsville, MN for in-office training and working on-site, remote work available upon meeting sales metrics.
• Opportunity to transition into a permanent role.

What you’ll Do: Sell premium luxury items at unbeatable prices, offer exceptional relationship-based service to our clients, meet performance goals, and attend all training sessions.
Training & Full-Time Schedule:

• Weeks 1-2:On-site training and work (9:00a-5:30p, Monday thru Friday)
• Weeks 3 and beyond:Remote work option (with management approval) and on the job training
  • Work Schedule Options:Monday – Sunday (work at least 5 days, up to 40hours,must includeone weekend day)
  • Shift start time between:9:00am CST – 2:00pm CST
  • Hours of Operation:Monday– Saturday 7:00am-10:00pm and Sunday’s 8:00am-7:00pm. Hours extended during high peak period.
  • Holiday period:Through December 28, 2026

Must have previous experience working effectively in a remote role, with a demonstrated history of meeting sales targets and maintaining reliable attendance and performance.

Compensation:

• Wages: $18.00/hour + commission

Holiday Attendance Bonus:

October through December

• $500 Bonus with perfect attendance
• $250 Bonus with 2 attendance issues - tardy or absences

Requirements:We are seeking candidates with a High School Diploma or G.E.D. and 2+ years of relationship sales and customer service experience preferred. Ability to commute to Burnsville, MN for on-site training. Demonstrated sales proficiency, excellent phone skills, and a passion for meeting sales goals are key.
