USALCO is seeking a self-directed Outbound Growth Representative to independently identify, pursue, and convert prospects into qualified opportunities for our Water Treatment Specialists and commercial sales team.

The role is a hunter position requiring the ability to create opportunities from cold outreach, build a self-sourced pipeline, and collaborate with marketing to refine targeting across two product lines.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to generate pipeline independently through cold outreach.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfort with high-volume phone and email outreach.
• Self-motivated, resilient, and accountable.
• Hands-on experience with AI platforms to support workflows.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prioritize target accounts within an assigned territory.
• Execute high-volume outbound prospecting via cold calls, email, and LinkedIn without relying on inbound leads.
• Build and manage multi-touch cadences in Salesloft.
• Research target accounts using ZoomInfo and enrich data.
• Qualify prospects and book discovery meetings.
