Job summary

USALCO is seeking a self-directed Outbound Growth Representative to independently identify, pursue, and convert prospects into qualified opportunities for our Water Treatment Specialists and commercial sales team.

This hunter role requires building target account lists, executing outbound sequences, and generating meetings without inbound leads, leveraging coagulants DelPAC and polyDADMAC and the Decision Blue software.

Qualifications

• Ability to generate pipeline independently through cold outreach.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfort with high-volume phone and email outreach.
• Self-motivated, resilient and accountable.
• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience with AI platforms to support sales workflows.

Responsibilities

• Identify, prioritize, and build target account lists in territory.
• Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting via phone, email, LinkedIn.
• Build multi-touch cadences in Salesloft and enrich accounts with ZoomInfo.
• Qualify prospects and book discovery meetings.
• Partner with Water Treatment Specialists for targeted messaging.
