US Signal, a leading data center services provider, is seeking an experienced OSP Engineer/Construction to support large-scale fiber builds and multi-million-dollar bids. You will develop accurate cost estimates, review designs, manage projects, and collaborate with cross-functional teams on permitting, ROW, and vendor negotiations.

Remote/hybrid options available; salary range $85,000–$115,000 with annual bonus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in OSP and project management.
• Experience with middle-mile fiber builds preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain records for US Signal OSP fiber assets.
• Assist in easement and ROW negotiations.
• Prepare bid packages and soft quotes for OSP.
• Coordinate with outside plant contractors.
• Perform site walks and field surveys.
