Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor's degree or 7-10+ years of telecommunications construction experience.
• Strong knowledge of OSP engineering and fiber network deployment.
• Experience estimating, permitting, route planning, and testing.
• Demonstrated vendor management and project leadership capabilities.
• Proficiency with MS Office, MS Project, and mapping/GIS tools.

We're seeking an experienced OSP Construction Engineer to lead the deployment of telecommunications fiber network projects. This role is responsible for managing OSP engineering, permitting, construction, vendor coordination, and project delivery from planning through operational handoff.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end OSP fiber construction and network deployment projects
• Manage contractors, engineering firms, and cross-functional teams
• Oversee project schedules, budgets, risks, and quality standards
• Coordinate engineering, permitting, construction, testing, and acceptance activities
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to specifications
• Drive vendor performance and maintain strong stakeholder communication

Required Qualification
