Job summary

Segra is seeking a qualified OSP Construction Manager for the Charleston, WV market to join our full-time team. This role provides leadership to the network delivery group and partners with Sales, OSP, and PMO to standardize and improve circuit delivery processes.

You will manage projects across multiple jurisdictions, coordinate with utilities, and ensure safe, accurate, and timely completion while maintaining strong customer relations and compliance with NESC and DOT/DOH requirements.

Qualifications

• Five (5) years technical experience in Engineering, Construction or Operations.
• Knowledge of utility construction in aerial, underground, or fiber splicing.

Responsibilities

• Lead the network delivery team and provide technical expertise to Sales, OSP and PMO.
• Maintain standardized and improved processes during circuit delivery to new customers.
• Coordinate with franchises, utilities, regulators and other stakeholders for compliance and timing.
