Job summary

Ethos Risk Services seeks a full-time OSINT Director (REMOTE) to lead and shape the Open-Source Intelligence function. This player-coach role blends strategic leadership with hands-on investigations and client strategy, guiding a team of intelligence professionals.

The ideal candidate will develop high-performing teams, solve complex challenges, and leverage AI-enabled solutions to scale services while maintaining rigorous quality and strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of experience in OSINT and related fields.
• Minimum 2–4 years of leadership experience managing teams, operations, or client-facing services.
• Proven experience leading complex intelligence or investigative programs.
• Experience supporting fraud investigations, due diligence, litigation support, asset tracing, compliance reviews, forensics, or similar matters is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor OSINT leaders and analysts while fostering accountability and continuous improvement.
• Oversee OSINT operations to ensure accurate, timely, high-quality client deliverables and efficient workflows.
• Provide hands-on support for complex, sensitive, or escalated investigations.
• Engage with clients, Sales, and leadership to support strategic discussions and growth opportunities.
• Maintain quality standards, best practices, and reporting methodologies.
• Evaluate and implement OSINT tools, automation, and AI-enabled solutions with human oversight.
• Manage budgets, staffing, vendors, resources, and KPIs to support productivity and profitability.
• Develop and execute strategies to scale OSINT operations and growth.
