Job summary

Centre for Information Resilience (CIR) seeks a Project Director to lead a multi-country donor-funded programme at the intersection of strategic communications, OSINT investigations, and information environment work in challenging contexts.

You will set the programme's strategic direction, ensure high-quality delivery to donor priorities, and lead a senior multidisciplinary team of OSINT analysts, investigators, and communications specialists.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing diverse, senior teams in multi-country environments.
• Experience applying adaptive management and fostering productive culture.
• Strong networking and stakeholder relationship-building with government actors.
• Experience overseeing projects in complex or conflict-affected settings with risk management.
• Understanding of OSINT methods and their application in complex contexts.

Responsibilities
