Job summary

ERG seeks curious, detail-oriented analysts to support OSHA data classification and national safety programs. You will analyze workplace injury records and apply OIICS codes, drafting clear narratives with careful attention to detail.

This fully remote, entry- to mid-level role collaborates daily with a team via Microsoft Teams; in-person workspace is optional. You will contribute to process improvements and documentation.

Qualifications

• This role requires a bachelor’s degree in communications, health/environmental science, mathematics/statistics, or a related field.
• 0 to 5 years of experience is acceptable and demonstrated analytical ability is valued.
• Strong writing, editing and verbal communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Review injury/illness records and apply standardized codes such as OIICS.
• Draft concise incident narratives describing case details.
• Manage multiple work queues and deadlines with accuracy.
• Collaborate with team members and senior analysts for quality checks.
• Contribute to documentation and evolving analytical practices.
