Job summary

ViziRecruiter,LLC. is seeking a qualified individual to manage and analyze safety and injury data in Carlisle, PA. This role involves ensuring compliance with OSHA and ESG requirements and developing reporting tools utilizing Microsoft Office Suite, Power BI, and Power Apps.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's Degree, strong analytical skills, and knowledge of safety regulations and procedures. The flexible/hybrid work model allows for a combination of in-office and remote work days.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
• Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Windows Suite, Power BI, Power Apps and SharePoint.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive and confidential information.
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and requirements.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Organization & Planning.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of OSHA Rule for Recording and Reporting Occupational Injuries and Illnesses.
• Two to Four years of experience in safety and/or workers compensation.

Responsibilities

• Analyzing and auditing OSHA recordkeeping information.
• Reviewing associate injury claims data related to OSHA recordability.
• Tracking changes and providing feedback to the Workers Compensation team.
• Developing and maintaining Standard Practice Training Aids and Procedures.
• Managing OSHA, Environmental and regulatory inspection databases.
• Developing Safety reporting tools and analyzing data.
• Monitoring OSHA and ESG reporting standards.
• Developing leadership reports for the US and Global Risk Committee.
• Managing United States and Global Safety SharePoint sites.
• Supporting additional initiatives and responsibilities as assigned by the Manager.
