Job summary

Ahold Delhaize USA is seeking a skilled individual to manage and analyze injury and safety data related to OSHA and ESG reporting. In this role, you will ensure compliance and accuracy in recording associate injury claims while developing reporting tools and dashboards.

You will work with various teams and maintain a flexible/hybrid work schedule, requiring 3 in-person days at one of our locations in Salisbury, NC along with remote work options.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Windows Suite, Power BI, Power Apps and SharePoint is essential.
• Two to four years of experience in safety and/or workers compensation is needed.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and audit OSHA recordkeeping information in claims management.
• Track changes and train the Workers Compensation team on OSHA recordability.
• Develop reports for the US and Global Risk Committee.
• Manage OSHA and regulatory inspection databases.
