Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field as listed in the qualifications section.
• 0–5 years of experience in analysis or related roles.
• Strong ability to apply rules consistently and work with data.
• Excellent writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
• Proven time-management and organizational abilities for remote work.

Responsibilities

• Review workplace injury, illness, and fatality records and apply standardized case-classification codes using OIICS.
• Exercise thoughtful, independent judgment to classify complex or ambiguous cases.
• Draft brief incident narratives in plain, concise language.
• Manage multiple work queues and deadlines with high quality and timeliness.
• Collaborate with team members and senior analysts for guidance and quality checks.
• Contribute to documentation, processes, and evolving analytical practices.
