Ormco is seeking a skilled professional to lead clinical onboarding and training for orthodontists in a remote capacity. You will educate doctors on Spark case design, facilitate onboarding reviews, and provide ongoing clinical and technical support for our digital product portfolio.

Ideal candidates have a dental background with orthodontic industry experience in sales or training, strong IT skills, and the ability to work cross-functionally in a matrixed environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required in Dental.
• 3+ years Orthodontic Industry Experience in a sales or training role.

Responsabilités

• Onboard new customers clinically.
• Educate doctors on Spark case design and processes.
• Facilitate case reviews during onboarding for new Spark users.
• Serve as primary clinical support contact for new customers.
• Schedule technical follow-ups with doctors.
• Remotely onboard new doctors with software and clinical support.
• Assist field Digital Sales Specialist teams with clinical support.
• Attend relevant industry events for clinical support.
• Provide technical support (software and web) for all products in the digital portfolio.
• Proactive communication with internal and external stakeholders.
